Du`a'

It's so powerful. Allahu Akbar.

Allahu Akbar!

Those words help me so much. Before speaking in front of people to just think for a second 'Allahu Akbar' it calms my fears, Allah is Greater than those I am going to talk to. Once I think "Allahu Akbar" everything else becomes sooooo little sooo tiny...

Because... ALLAHU AKBAR , and Allahu Akbar mini wa minkum, Allah is Greater than me, and you.

Allahu Akbar, and Allah is the One who controls the Universe, Allah has already written what is destined to happen to me, Allah is the All-Knowing and has planned my life for me. Good thing, because if I was in charge of my life, I wouldn't know what would be best. al-Hamdu lilLah, Allah knows, and Allah plans... again, al-Hamdu lilLah, i'm so grateful I can make du`a' and afterwards feel the ease that there is a Greater power in control of my affairs.


[39:10]:

Qul yā `ibādi al-Ladhīna 'Āmanū ittaqū Rabbakum lilladhīna 'aĥsanū fī hadhihi ad-Dunyā Ĥasanatun wa 'arđu Allāhi Wāsi`atun 'innamā yuwaffá aş-Şābirūna 'ajrahum bighayri Ĥisābin.

Say (O Muhammad): "O My slaves who believe (in the Oneness of Allah Islamic Monotheism), be afraid of your Lord (Allah) and keep your duty to Him. Good is (the reward) for those who do good in this world, and Allah's earth is spacious (so if you cannot worship Allah at a place, then go to another)! Only those who are patient shall receive their rewards in full, without reckoning."

قُلْ يَا عِبَادِ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اتَّقُوا رَبَّكُمْ لِلَّذِينَ أَحْسَنُوا فِي هَذِهِ الدُّنْيَا حَسَنَةٌ وَأَرْضُ اللَّهِ وَاسِعَةٌ إِنَّمَا يُوَفَّى الصَّابِرُونَ أَجْرَهُم بِغَيْرِ حِسَابٍ
