... and al-Hamdu liLlah -smiles-

subHan Allah, so I'm graduating this year, wow! I remember my 5th grade teacher saying to the class, "You're just one day closer to graduation," and look, it's practically here.

al-Hamdu liLlah

It is not like my education is over, I still have my credentials to complete, but at least this stage of my life is... well, almost, I still have 2 classes remaining for my Bachelors; I'll be finishing those up in the summer, in sha' Allah.

Anyways, well today I went and bought some Islamic books to give to my students on Achievement Day tomorrow, subHan Allah, it's just a gift for being so wonderful this whole year! Barak Allahu Fihum, I hope they like what I got them. I bought them books! subHan Allah, I hate shopping, but when I'm buying Islamic beneficial stuff, I love it! Well, here's what I got them:
a Qur'an;
Why Do We Pray? by Dr. Suhaib Hasan;
Dearest Sister: Why Not Cover Your Modesty by Abdul Hameed Al-Balali;
Fortification of the Muslim through remembrance and supplication from the Qur'aan and the Sunnah compiled and referenced by Sa'eed Ibn Ali Ibn Wahf Al-Qahtaani;
The Collection of An-Nawawi 40 Hadith;
and finally, Smaller Signs of the Day compiled by Muhammad bin Bayyumi.

I bought about 3 copies of some of the books listed above. I think books are a nice gift, they're so useful.

I feel like typing more, hayka I just do! -smiles-

Let's see, well, I have to finish up the awards for my students. al-Hamdu liLlah, the Achievement Day will begin at 9:30 am... I am one of those early birds who subHan Allah 9:30 to me means I have to be there at 9:00 am... I'm usually the only one there except for the people setting up, but I just don't get why people are so late to things, all you have to do is wake up and get ready a little early, it's not so hard. At least I know there are other people out there who care about being on time.

Well, I just got done with finals, subHan Allah, I just want to sleep. It's all good, al-Hamdu liLlah spending my time working is better, but sleep is nice too.

Then come Sunday I have my own graduation at 8 am and a party for family that evening, subHan Allah. Then Monday at 9 am I have to meet with the principal of the Private school to go over ... eh, I don't know what she wants to go over really, I guess I'll have to go and find out.

I want to write more, khalas I just feel like it! Okay, oh! I know! So today my friend Jamilah told me that I looked like this one girl in the Masjid. subHan Allah, I went inside the Masjid and she actually looked like me, that was pretty interesting. It was funny too, because she had a baby and when I asked her if she would like to have more kids she said, "I told my husband before I married him, I just want to let you know I want a BIG family, like 8 kids!" Oh my Rabbi!!! I totally love her!!! People who love children, I automatically love them! I don't know about 8 kids though, a mini van only holds seven -winks-

Anyways, let's see, what else can I say...hmm ... so well, it's Summer right? That means some things in my life should be progressing, hopefully, possibly, in sha' Allah, cuz you know Rabbi Rahimun Wadud -smiles- Oh ya Rab... how I wish I understood what's going on in my life.

I'm hoping and praying for a wonderful Summer, miracles do happen, and I hope Allah facilitates some of the hardships in my life... He is, after all, Rahimun Wadud.

al-Hamdu liLlah.
